Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise it, inform us (Nico Sagolla, Am Durchlaß 12, 88175 Scheidegg, Germany, Nico.Sagolla@gmx.de) by a clear statement. An email is enough.

We refund all payments without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days, using the same means of payment. This costs you nothing.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal ends once we have begun delivery after you have

•expressly consented to us beginning before the withdrawal period ends, and

•acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

That is exactly what the checkbox before the purchase is for. Without it the checkout does not start — and your right of withdrawal stays intact.

The licence key is issued immediately after payment. That is when delivery begins.
